About
An extra pair of hands behind your best party
Right Hand Party Helpers is the answer to a specific Main Line problem — the host who planned a beautiful evening and spent it in the kitchen.
There is a particular moment at every well-planned dinner party on the Main Line. The host has spent a week on the menu, sourced the flowers, polished the silver, and counted the chairs. Then the first guest arrives — and the host disappears. They reappear every twenty minutes to refill a tray or clear a plate, but they never really land. By the time the last guest drives down the lane, the host is exhausted, and the kitchen is still a project. That is the problem Right Hand was built to solve.
Amanda launched Right Hand Party Helpers in 2026 after watching this pattern repeat itself among the hosts she knew across the Main Line — capable, generous people who deserved to sit at their own table. The pitch is simple: you cook or arrange the catering. Amanda's team handles every service moment from the time the first guest walks in to the time the kitchen is clean and the door is locked.
The team is insured, and every staff member is background-checked before working in a client's home. Right Hand books each event individually — there is no app, no anonymous staffing pool, no franchise script. The scope is planned directly with Amanda before the event, and the crew executes it on the night.
Right Hand does not offer bartending or alcohol service. The work is focused on the hosting side of the night: warming and plating the food you have prepared or had catered, greeting guests warmly, passing hors d'oeuvres on schedule, keeping the buffet looking full, and washing every dish before leaving. It is the part of the party that does not need a caterer or a venue — it just needs another skilled set of hands in your space.
The service area is the Main Line and Montgomery County corridor — Bryn Mawr, Villanova, Wayne, Gladwyne, Haverford, and Ardmore, and the neighborhoods that surround them. Right Hand is based in Bridgeport: close enough to be on-site early, local enough to know how this corner of Pennsylvania entertains.

You cook or arrange the catering. The team handles every service moment from the first guest in to the kitchen clean and the door locked.
How we work
What working with Right Hand looks like
Personal from the first text
When you reach out, Amanda answers — not a booking platform. She asks about your event, your space, your guest count, and what you want covered, then builds a custom quote around exactly that. No packages you have to shoehorn your event into.
Discreet on the night
The crew works in the background. Your guests see a well-run party. You see a team that knows what to do without being told twice. That is the standard the crew is held to on every event — arrive early, work quietly, leave clean.
Insured and background-checked
Every event is covered by Right Hand's liability insurance. Every team member passes a background check before working in a client's home. You are opening your front door — that requires real trust, and these are the things that make it warranted.
No contract or lock-in
Every event is booked individually. Right Hand works on a per-event basis — no monthly retainers, no annual commitments, no minimum number of bookings per year. Book when you have an event coming up, step back when you do not.
